• Achieve Quarterly and Annual Revenue and GP plan for the territory. Focus on the segments assigned in the territory for SMB market and publishing/print shop/commercial printer, Photo-labs, Design Houses etc.
• Provide monthly product and revenue outlook and ensure meeting the same.
• Focus on large accounts in Pvt. And Govt. sector to drive in plant placements as well as educate end users on benefits of digital printing to support volume building initiative.
• Identify SMB accounts and align it to partners.
• Support partners to promote Xerox office products in the SMB market segment.
• Retain Xerox Leadership in SMB & Production market and regularly update marketing team with competition activities/pricing/schemes.
• Identify and penetrate new accounts and new areas within existing accounts / defined territory for GA & SMB segment
• Focus on growing the prospect base consistently. Maintain validated prospect base as per SMP.
• Build effective business relationships at senior level with proven skills in high value negotiations.
• Ensure effective partner engagement and management with emphasis on GA VARs
• Ensure continued focus on maintaining 100% customer satisfaction by the identification and understanding of customer business needs and objectives.
• Monitor and increase colour and Mono volume in existing users to build incremental opportunity, roll out and implement the volume building programs in the territory
- 5-10 years of experience at various levels in Sales & Marketing
- Should have sound knowledge of the specific Industry and vertical
- Should have hands on experience in End Customer Management
- Degree or equivalent
- MBA would be desirable
